Succeeding at Life: Change and Courage

So I have recently made several life changes. Cutting out toxic people, started going to the gym, and we are planning our first family vacation in 6 years. 

I am happy to say that I feel like a completely different person. So I am going to be working on a sticking to a schedule to see if I can’t find time for my writing. So many things that I love have fallen by the wayside in the past. But I am here to say that it ends now….I feel so much better, better than I have in a very long time, and it is sad to say but to be honest…..I don’t think I was including enough me time into our busy daily routine. I have been feeling so much better as of late! Not only am I getting quality time with myself to hear my own thoughts, I am losing weight in the process. What woman doesn’t love that? Hahahahaha

I didn’t realize how much I needed a change, but I am glad I finally found the courage to make the leap and move forward. So if you are feeling stuck in a rut, try new things. Get out of your comfort zone! I know I did, and I am loving every second of it. It doesn’t have to be anything drastic, just try something new and different.

I am hoping that these changes I’ve made recently are exactly what I needed to bring about all the changes I envisioned for me and my family…
